Long Distance Personal Training

Long Distance Personal Training includes:

  • One personal training phone session
    with Kathy per week*
  • Customized Fitness Program
  • Weekly Inspirational Messages
  • Unlimited access to YourBestNet**
  • Unlimited access to your personal
    online food and exercise journals
  • Unlimited e-mail access to Kathy

Your customized fitness program may include:

  • Nutritional counseling
  • Weight training
  • Cardiovascular work
  • Stretching
  • Motivational support
     
Performing crunches on the physio ball is one of the most difficult abdominal exercises. More muscle fibers are recruited on the physio ball than when performing crunches on the floor.

How does it work?

  1. You let Kathy know that you are interested in Long Distance Personal Training by filling out our online form.
  2. Kathy calls you at the phone number and preferred time you indicate on the form. You and Kathy discuss your goals and schedule a time for your weekly personal training phone session. Kathy will give you a login key that allows you full access to YourBestNet, Personal Best Personal Training's online library of helpful information and personal training tools.
  3. Kathy creates a personal training program for you. She sends you e-mail with a link to your personal program and additional instructions as required. You may be asked to submit a permission form/medical clearance from your doctor.
  4. Once inside YourBestNet, you will create and maintain your food and exercise journals, and have access to all your personal training programs.
  5. Once per week, you speak with Kathy to review and update your personal training regime. As you progress, new training programs are created.
     
Fees Service
$70 Initial phone call
$90/month Long distance training

* The initial phone session could last one hour. This is when we gather the information to understand your goals in order to be able to develop a personal fitness plan that enables you to reach your goals—at your own pace.
