One-on-One
Weekly Personal Training is the plan we recommend for most
clients. Meeting with Kathy at regularly scheduled intervals
ensures that you keep focused on your goals, maintain momentum,
and receive timely support and encouragement. It is the plan
of choice for those with agressive fitness goals, those who
are visually-oriented and learn best with face-to-face demonstrations,
and those who respond better when they need to account to
someone else.
One-on-One Weekly Personal Training is most effective if
done weekly or biweekly. A minimum commitment of 2 sessions
per month for 2 months is highly recommended to help you achieve
your fitness goals.
