Laura Lawson is a personal trainer based in Framingham, MA. She has been certified with AFAA, a national certification organization, and working in the fitness industry since 2002. The emphasis in Laura's training is on working with the client at their own home, to create a custom exercise program that supports his or her fitness goals. Some of the most common goals of the people she has worked with include weight loss, increasing strength and flexibility, and improving balance. In order to keep workouts interesting and effective programs may incorporate elements from pilates, yoga, chi gong, traditional strength training and more.
